Who is Stratford Suites?

Stratford Suites is an extended stay hotel near Spokane, WA consisting of one and two bedroom suites located just 10 minutes from downtown in Airway Heights. We opened Janurary 2007, and offer daily, weekly and monthly rates.

What are the differences between Stratford Suites and a hotel or motel?

The differences are many with the most significant being that all of our suites have fully equipped kitchens, living area and one or two separate bedrooms most often for extended stay of several days or weeks. Men and women alike appreciate a homelike setting where there are clearly defined rooms and fully serviced condo-like apartments.

What are the differences between Stratford Suites and other corporate housing companies?

At Stratford Suites, there are no extra charges for High Speed Internet, laundry facilities, and hospitality night (BBQ/Pizza) or setup charges. If you desire something we haven’t included, we will make every effort to have it for you on arrival, probably at no extra cost to you. See customer testimonials.

Is there a minimum stay?

No, however, rates are predicated on length of stay; the longer the stay the better the rate. Call the hotel at (509) 321-1600 or (888) 705-8877 to get the best rates possible.

Our Office is open:
Monday – Friday: 8:30am to 12midnight
Saturday & Sunday: 9am to 12midnight

Do you have office suites?

Yes we have several suites set up where the second room is fully equipped with a desk, computer, printer, copier and fax. All suites are both hardwired and wifi equipped. Of course we have free business center in the lobby for 24 hour use. See our Amenities page for more details.

How much does parking cost?

We offer free on-site parking to all of our in house guests. Parking is included in our Park N’ Fly package for guests traveling to and from Spokane. Our Park N’ Fly packages are for one or two night stays.

Who typically stays at Extended Stay Facilities?

Actually, the variety of guest is limitless: business travelers, vacationers, conventioneers, home buyers and just about anybody needing temporary deluxe housing. If you need to lodge for more than 2 or 3 days, “extended stay” lodging becomes the obvious choice. In fact, research has suggested that once you discover extended stay, you will keep coming back.

Are pets welcome?

Some pets are welcomed and require a $15.00 per night charge or a $300.00 per pet fee for extended stays of 30 or more nights (a one time charge). No kittens, puppies, large or aggressive breeds allowed. Management must approve all pets at time of reservation. See our Amenities page for more details.

What are your rates?

You can check our rates through the Online Booking Engine or call us at (509) 321-1600 or (888) 705-8877 to get military discounts and discounted weekly or monthly rates. Our best rates are available by calling the hotel.

How do I pay?

All major credit cards and approved company checks are accepted. No cash please. Direct Billing may be a convenient option for your company (must be pre-approved).

What is included in the cost?

All suites are completely furnished and beautifully appointed including a 50 HDTV, leather furniture, cable, free long distance, local phone, voice messaging, high-speed Internet, Wi-Fi, remote controlled A/C, coin operated laundry facilities and all utilities are included. What is your cancellation policy?

All reservations require 24 hour cancellation notice prior to arrival date. Event weekends may require a deposit and cancellations on these weekends are not refundable reguardless of advanced notice.
