The shopping scene in downtown Spokane has something for everyone. River Park Square offers some of the best shopping in the Northwest, including select stores such as Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, and Banana Republic. After you take in the mall, we hope you’ll branch out and explore the unique and diverse shopping experiences that the rest of downtown has to offer.

Don’t miss Auntie’s Bookstore, which features rare and collectible books, as well as an impressive collection of children’s selections. Auntie’s is located in the historic Liberty Building next to Uncle’s Games, Puzzles & More, which is another great shopping destination.

Visit lolo Boutique for designer clothing and upscale home décor. If you want something to use in your Stratford Kitchen or to take home, drop into The Kitchen Engine. This adorable shop features gourmet appliances, baking demonstrations and spices, teas and locally-roasted coffee. If you need an escape from the four walls at home or the office of if you’re just the outdoorsy type, you can’t miss Mountain Goat Outfitters. The focus is rock climbing, but you’ll find backpacking, hiking and skiing equipment too.

If your shopping dream is an eclectic shop with everything from the historical to the wacky, try Boo Radley’s and Wonders of the World. Boo Radley’s feature toys, books and other funky items for both kids and adults. Wonders of the World has everything from jewelry and art to artifacts, including Feng Shui tools and Native American Weaponry.

If you want to relax after your day out, and we guess you will, stop at Conti’s Café and Tea House for a chai tea latte, cappuccino or hot chocolate before you head back to Stratford Suites with your purchases.
