We Pioneered the Extended Stay Industry in the Spokane Region
In 1987 two partners embarked into the lodging industry by building fully furnished and equipped apartments. It was patterned after the Disneyland concept of one charge covers everything including phone, cable, heat/AC and free laundry. Little did they know that they were pioneering the extended stay concept long before it became a national phenomenon.
By listening and responding to their guests, they identified a unique need for fully serviced apartments. Nineteen years later, they are proud to unveil Stratford Suites, a boutique extended stay lodging campus with "over the top" amenities. However, great amenities are not enough to warrant a guest's loyalty and continued patronage. "Over the top service" is also needed.
