FAQsWho is Stratford Suites? Stratford Suites is a Spokane Hotel consisting of one and two bedroom suites located just 10 minutes from downtown. We opened August of 2006, and cater to your extended stay needs.
What are the differences between Stratford Suites and a hotel or motel? The differences are many. Probably the most significant are that all of our suites have fully equipped kitchens, living area and two separate bedrooms most often for extended stay of several days or weeks. Men and women alike appreciate a homelike setting where there are clearly defined rooms and fully serviced apartments. What are the differences between Stratford Suites and other corporate housing companies? At Stratford Suites, there are no extra charges for High Speed Internet, laundry facilities, and hospitality night (BBQ/Pizza) or setup charges. If you desire something we haven't included, we will make every effort to have it for you on arrival, probably at no extra cost to you. See customer testimonials. Is there a minimum stay? Yes we have several suites set up where the second room is fully equipped with a desk, computer, printer, copier and fax. All suites are both hardwired and wifi equipped. We offer an airport shuttle service to and from the airport by appointment for your convenience. How much does parking cost? We offer free on-site parking to all of our in house guests. Parking is included in our Park N' Fly package for guests traveling to and from Spokane. Our Park N' Fly packages are for one or two night stays. Who typically stays at Extended Stay Facilities? Actually, the variety of guest is limitless: vacationers, conventioneers, home buyers and just about anybody needing temporary deluxe housing. If you need to lodge for more than 2 or 3 days, "extended stay" lodging becomes the obvious choice. In fact, research has suggested that once you discover extended stay, you will keep coming back. Are pets welcome? Some pets are welcomed and require a $15.00 per night charge or a $300.00 per pet fee for extended stays of 30 or more nights. No kittens, puppies, large or aggressive breeds allowed. Management must approve all pets at time of reservation. See our Amenities page for more details. Do you have non-smoking suites? Yes, all but three suites are permanently designated non-smoking. What are your rates? You can check our rates through the Online Booking Engine or call us at (509) 321-1600 or (888) 705-8877 to get military discounts and discounted weekly or monthly rates. How do I pay? All major credit cards and approved company checks are accepted. No cash please. Direct Billing may be a convenient option for your company (must be pre-approved). What is included in the cost? All suites are completely furnished and beautifully appointed including a 50 HDTV, leather furniture, cable, free long distance, local phone, voice messaging, high-speed Internet, Wi-Fi, remote controlled A/C, free laundry facilities and all utilities are included.
